Her corporate background is as an Actuary for Insurance Companies, analyzing today’s health risks and understanding the importance of obtaining an optimal health.
Her fitness and health journey started in 2008, back home in Malaysia, when she weighed 105lbs, yet was considered “fat” by her performance team. She decided to incorporate a daily routine with 2 hours of cardio while starving herself daily. She was able to successfully loose 10lbs in a short amount of time. Experiencing her own health challenges as a professional woman in this fast-paced world and wanting to “HAVE IT ALL”, she became passionate about living a “fit” lifestyle.
The following year in 2009, she moved to the US and was able to return to a normal diet. But she wasn’t happy with the way she looked and wasn’t enjoying her inconsistent workouts due to her busy schedule. Her lack of technique led to knee injuries and required physical therapy. She began her transformational journey of creating a STRONG, BALANCED and HEALTHY lifestyle, and focused on self-love! She started meditation, discovered Pilates and joined Pole Fitness. She hired a personal trainer and incorporated a balanced diet. From 2015 to 2019, she trained and competed regularly, winning several competitions, and created her own modalities of core strengthening.
TODAY, she has finally given up on trying to “HAVE IT ALL”! Living and enjoying a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle by loving herself and her body. NOW, through her own personal journey, her mission is to “inspire, empower, motivate and TEACH women to love their body, feel confident, energized, strong and amazing every single day”! She has a realistic approach to working out and staying healthy, by enjoying your favorite foods (without a restricted diet) and feeling energized throughout the day (without additional cravings).
Her philosophy is simple - replacing one habit at a time with a customized strategy and plan that suits your lifestyle, in less than 45 minutes a day!
