You CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! Whether you have 10 mins - 45 mins, I’ve created workout calendar + checklist based on your schedule so you don’t have to plan or think about what kind of exercises you need to do.
2 group classes + 1 accountability call a week (45 mins each session)
On Last Thursday of the month, special movement class (1 hour)
Private Session (if you selected private coaching) - 1 hour
Self Pace - 20 mins Video Lessons
Self Pace - working out with my workout calendar (30- 40 mins a day with active rest days)
All classes are recorded and you can catch the replay if you missed it
