The 90 day program was not only a full body workout, but provided much information on health and nutrition. It was very informative, easy to use/follow and motivational.

I was looking for a personal trainer and found Shing on Find Your Trainer. As soon as we spoke I could tell her style of training is what i was after! As an instructor she is kind, patient, knowledgeable and will push you when you need to be pushed! She is very detail oriented and concentrates a lot on form and posture when doing the exercises. Having had a previous injury I felt comfortable in her hands.

I love the variation of strength exercises that we go through in each session. It's a full body workout! Many of the exercises require little to no props, so they are easy to do at home. She is also very personable, and great at giving feedback and instruction.

Over my weeks of training with Shing, I've gotten a lot stronger. I can now do push ups and do roll ups, where as I couldn't before. I've also learnt a lot of new exercises and how to do them with the correct form.

In LESS THAN A MONTH, I love how my core is so much stronger and I am a lot more flexible. I love the support I get with the 90 day program. The worksheets help me stay accountable and keep me on track. I generally like group workouts and being able to interact with a group of like-minded women is a plus.

Shing workout classes have been keeping me sane during quarantine. She is very trusting and I depend on her for suggestions when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle. Shing is very warm and friendly as an instructor. She is very patient when it comes to explaining form during workouts.

Even though we are all living remotely I feel like I am getting a lot of care and attention virtually. Shing makes her workouts really fun! She really knows her customer and caters a lot of the workouts around them. I look forward to her weekly classes and monthly workshops.

I attended one of Shing’s online group classes before signing up for her 90-day personal training. I wanted the flexibility of strengthening specific muscles groups because of prior injuries.   

Shing helped me modify my workouts and train me to be more mindful of specific movements, so that I could exercise in the right way to achieve the impact I want.

I love that Shing is passionate and knowledgeable and is able to train me on workouts that require minimal props like a band. This is important to me because I wanted to be able to do my workouts anywhere and anytime without a gym so that I could exercise more and be able to integrate exercise in my routine even when I travel.

Shing also helped me be more informed of the type of food I can consume to nourish myself before and after a workout to help me achieve greater performance and better muscle recovery.

The personal training program also comes with a series of videos and access to Shing’s group classes, which is a great added bonus!

In the 90 day program Shing provides nutrition guidance which is simple and easy to follow. Her ideas for portion control make eating the right amounts easier.

I met Shing through the Business of WE and immediately noticed her energy and positive attitude. The classes that she offered were innovative and fun. After attending some classes I enrolled in her 90 day Strong Sexy and Fabulous program and for personal training with Shing.

Shing is a confident, attentive instructor. Her classes are appropriate for various fitness levels and she gives modifications for people's personal goals and limitations. I have a shoulder injury and she always takes the time to make sure I am taking precautions to not injure myself. Her gentle way of interacting encourages me to push myself further without judgements.

I would recommend anyone thinking of enrolling in Shing's course to do it. You will have fun while improving your fitness levels and health.

What I love about the 90 day program is the mixture of live classes, online classes at my pace, and group accountability. It really helps keep me on track for my goals.

When I met Shing, I was already training with another personal trainer but I added 1 of Shing's pilates classes per week to my regiment. I immediately felt in love with her classes and I love how good she is with her instructions, and how I felt after class. I started doing all my training with Shing! She really cares about people, especially ladies, and helping them feel strong, sexy, and fabulous!

I love my sessions with Shing. She is very informative and gives very clear direction, which is very helpful especially in times like these, when everything is done virtually. I also love that she does the exercises with us because that motivates me to be as strong as her! She’s also great at giving modifications and she’s constantly checking in on us to make sure we’re doing the exercises safely. Honestly, I feel that 45 minutes is not enough! Shing created a calendar in the 21 Days Strong and Flexible Program that I can follow. I love how these exercises doesn’t require any complex workout equipment and it actually works to help relieve my back pain. Her videos are so fun and I love adding them to my daily workout routine. I will recommend especially if you are struggling with back pain.

Shing's program allowed me to shift my mindset from negative and lacking to positive and enjoyment. I actually enjoyed Shing's workout videos. I would definitely recommend this program to any of my friends and my wider network.

There were many things I loved about Shing's 21-day program, but here are just a few of my favorite components:

1) It wasn't daunting. A lot of workout programs at their beginning feel overwhelming. It's like the instructor wants you to go from 0 to 100 immediately without safely gaining speed. Shing's program doesn't do that. The workouts in the 21-day program are truly beneficial for any level, no matter where you are in your fitness journey

2) It is flexible. The 21-day program breaks down each day's workout into three different target areas (e.g. core, arms, flexibility, etc.) over three different videos. Each video is only about 10-15 minutes long. On really busy days where your schedule doesn't leave much room for working out, it's easy to spread out the workouts over the course of your day. If you have more time, you can get in a great 45 minute workout

3)The program is simply to follow. I personally am not good about diversifying my workouts. If I find a workout I like, I tend to stick to it but then consequently will neglect certain areas of my body - especially my arms! Shing's program comes with an intuitive calendar, which allows me to easily target every area of my body - arms, legs, and core! Plus, she includes stretching videos, which is particularly important after a tough workout or after I run.
