International Women’s Day is observed on March 8 every year to celebrate and recognize women for their talents and hard work around the world. However, considering the struggles that women witness every day and the efforts they make to improve the world around them, we believe every day is women’s day. 

As a woman, you may have incurred unimaginable pain and criticized your body, your behavior, and your personality due to society’s preconceived notions of how women are supposed to look and act. 

This Women’s Day, we encourage you to let go of your fears and disappointments and embrace yourself and celebrate your wins. 

You are fierce!

You are kind!

You are beautiful!

You are inspiring!

You are amazing!

You are LOVED!

It’s time to love, appreciate, and be kind to yourself like you are to others.

Body Balance Lifestyle is all about celebrating women and their accomplishments. So, come and join us in celebrating your wins and achievements on a 5-day journey to a wealthy lifestyle (collaboration with the journey to wealth). We are looking forward to welcoming you amazing women on board!

Day 1 - 3/21 - Creating your S.M.A.R.T Goals

  • Challenge will be discussed on the Zoom Call

  • Workout - Dance Fitness (self love dance cardio) - video will be shared (10 mins)

  • ZOOM CALL: 6:30pm - 7:30pm EST

Day 2 - 3/22 - Small Changes New Life

  • Challenge: What is one habit that you want to create? (i.e - Cut out 50% refine sugar; eat 2 servings of fruits/vegetables.. etc)

  • Set a side 10 minutes every day for movement; 10 minutes for meditation

  • Workout - Strength Training (self love strength) - video will be shared (15 mins)

Day 3 - 3/23 - What am I eating

  • Challenge - Start tracking your food with a journal/app

  • ZOOM: Workout LIVE 6pm - 6:45 EST - Pilates for a Strong Back (recording available)

  • Check in call 6:45pm - 7:30pm EST - Questions and Answer

Day 4 - 3/24 - Marco and Nutrients challenge - energizing by eating more

  • Challenge - Pay attention on the food you are currently eating - record your macros (not calories)

  • Challenge - Share your experience on facebook group for day 5 raffle

  • Workout - 10 mins couch exercise - video will be shared

Day 5 - Celebration and Wins

  • Check in Call 7pm EST - 8pm EST- raffle!

  • Workout - Stretch - we will stretch prior to our zoom call at 7pm
