(NO) TIME TO WORKOUT?
Where’s my time?
Do you always use TIME as an excuse for lack of movement?
And you find yourself watching NETFLIX for 2 hours?
For my lady bosses out there that have a career, family, social life, and everything to take care. You might hate me for this, but believe or not, YOU DO HAVE THE TIME!
We have 168 hours a week:
😴Sleep: 56 hours
📓Work: 40 hours
🚘Commute: -**
☕️Errands (grocery shopping etc): 5 hours
🍻Social/Family Time: 10 hours + 14 hours on weekends
TOTAL of 125 hours!
**Since we are still in a lock down mode, WE SAVE TIME ON COMMUTING!
So, with that say, there's 43 hours left in a week, which is on average 6 hours a day!
Studies also shows that on average, we spend 15-20% of our time scrolling through social media!
You get the message, making TIME for fitness is your CHOICE. Lack of motivation or simply "I don't want to" are the reasons we stop ourselves from achieving our goals.
So let's do this together, grab a pen and paper, or click on the button below to to download a FREE worksheet I’ve created. Write how much time you spend per week on the above activities that I've stated, deduct 168 hours from that total. The remaining hours are your AVAILABLE hours to change your lifestyle!
I understand that getting some movement might be the last thing on your mind after a long day! So, here's my BEST TIPS if you absolutely have NO TIME to workout.
1️⃣GET OFF THE COUCH
🧘♀️Who says you need to stop watching Netflix? You can grab a yoga mat or just workout on your couch while watching your favorite movie. Jumping jacks, squats, they all can be done while you are watching Netflix.
2️⃣PARK YOUR CAR FURTHER AND WALK
🏃Driving to get groceries? Perfect! Park your car a little further and walk to the grocery store!
3️⃣SCHEDULE A DATE
💕Make working out a fun date with your friend/lover/husband. He/She can be your accountability partner. Plus workout is always more fun with another person! Schedule a Virtual date, sign up a class together! Have a Virtual Brunch right after! Make the DATE count! This will be included in your social time too! There you go, we are killing 2 birds in 1 stone.
4️⃣OFFICE WORKOUT (Workout during office hour)
I mean it! Workout during your office hour. No, I don't mean running around like a crazy person. Walk around while make phone calls, take a quick 10 mins stretch while working. I have the best Chair workout that you can do if you join my weekly class!
