UGHH! I am BORED of Homeworkouts!
Let’s be honest, the world isn’t back to “NORMAL” yet and I am getting bored with the SAME OLD REGULAR ROUTINE!

How do we make our workouts FUN & ENJOYABLE? Here are my tips:
1️⃣ Always Schedule your workout on your calendar
I make working out my priority so I love to have it on my google calendar.
2️⃣ INVEST in “CUTE” workout clothes
I LOVE investing in some cute workout clothes. It makes my workout a lot more fun by "dressing up". We spend so much time dressing up for a ladies night out, why not for workouts? You will feel more confident during your workout and you will look forward to it!

3️⃣ MIX it UP
I love mixing up my workout class so my body doesn't get used to just a certain type of exercise. I am a huge fan of CLASSPASS! Most of the studios participate in it and I love taking the opportunity to try out different studio at a reduce rate.
4️⃣ Have an Accountability 👭Partner
Let's be honest, sometimes I much rather lay in bed or just skip my workout session so I can "whatever excuse I can come up”. I love signing up classes with a friend so we can hold each other accountable by not missing any classes
Schedule a ZOOM date with your Friend! Have someone lead the class!
5️⃣ Celebrate EVERY JOURNEY
I know it's easy to stare at your neighbor/someone at the gym and go "damn, I wish I can be like her" but we forgot the journey that we took. Everyone started at a different journey and we all have different goals! You might not see a difference in a day or a week but if you make a little change to your fitness journey, in 3 months, you might not even notice that you are able to perform 10 push up that you never have thought that you can do!
