I got you. I am offering Total Body Toning with Household Props/Weights to add an additional challenge to your current workout! Props are optional! Each week, we will be using different Props.
In this class, you will be:
Getting a community virtually each week supporting each other during this tough time
learning how to use Props (from can goods to water bottle) to add a little fun & challenge to your workout
learn how to incorporate weights to your workout
learning to challenge YOURSELF without any weight! (YES YOU WILL BE SURPRISE)
This 45 minutes class includes cardio, strength, & flexibility training! YOU WILL LEAVE THIS CLASS SWEATING!
- Time: EVERY Friday 8am-8:45am EST
- ZOOM Video Call. I will send you a video link once you register
**You don't have to turn on your video if you don't feel comfortable. I suggest turning on your video so I can see your form and support you!
