Who says strengthening your core and lower body can't be fun? Put on your work stilettos or any cute heels to get toned with fun stilettos workout in 30 mins! We will have additional 30 minutes to socialize after.
*stilettos are not required but recommended
**This is not a Dance class, basic dance step might be incorporated to the class but there will not be any dance routine.
