It's the end of March! Let's stretch & unwind your first quarter!
Are you experiencing?
-Tight shoulder after sitting for long hours?
-Sore muscles trying out new classes to achieve your new year's resolution?
-Overwhelmed at work and trying to get some movement?
We got you. In this workshop, we will be focusing on
-Stretches to open up your body after sitting for long hours.
-Release those tight muscles
-Creating movement to unwind your first quarter so you can achieve more goals for the rest of the year
+WORKOUT WILL BE ON A CHAIR!
**Workout starts at 6:45pm -7:30pm, we will socialize and get to know each other after 7:30pm.
***Please note that this is not a yoga class.
