International Women Day Fitness Fundraiser for STEM from Dance

In order to celebrate International Women Days, join us for a fun dance cardio + pilates class for a great cause! Whether you choose to join us, or simply just attend to support a great cause, 100% of the PROCEEDS will go directly to STEM FOR DANCE.

You don’t need any equipment, just YOU and A MAT! We incorporate cardio moves with your favorite POP songs and your favorite ABS exercises with just YOUR BODY WEIGHT! We will increase your heart rate with dance fitness and strengthened your body with Pilates Move!

  • Minimum donation: $25

  • Location: Pearl Studio, 519 8th Avenue, Studio G (12th Floor)

  • Bring a yoga mat, yourself – and a friend!

  • ALL LEVELS WELCOME

  • You don’t need a dance background

  • Shoes REQUIRED for cardio

STEM From Dance give minority girls the awareness and preparation for a STEM education—through the creative and confidence-building aspects of dance.
